Pricing and Class Schedule

 

Background:

Our program is primarily aimed towards competitive athletes, hence the following weekly schedule (see below). Most of our athletes attend 4-5 days per week, averaging two to three private lessons per week (two for recreational, 3+ for those aiming to compete at the national and international level)

Schedule:

Monday and Friday - technical and tactical discussion, cooperative and competitive partner exercises

Tuesday and Thursday - strength & conditioning, situational bouting

Wednesday - open fencing then competition

Sunday - open fencing
